Fiato & Associates are courteous and on time.

The job went well from beginning to end. Any questions or issues were addressed promptly. Mike Fiato was very helpful in directing us to all the necessary local sources for materials needed for the job. Demolition began on time, and all necessary site cleanup was taken care of daily. The remodel for this very small bathroom included all necessary construction and placement of a new tub, toilet, and pedestal sink, as well as all plumbing lines required for these. Tile flooring, tile tub/shower surround were beautifully installed. Crown molding was installed throughout and painted. A new exhaust fan and two light fixtures were wired in and installed. Walls and ceiling were retextured and painted. A new medicine cabinet with mirror was installed as were all towel bars. Mike Fiato's tile and plumbing associate, Jim Wolk, was easy to work with and did meticulous, beautiful work. We're very pleased and now have a gorgeous new bathroom!

I called Mike Fiato and left a message. He called back several days later and apologized for not calling back sooner. We scheduled an appointment for a few days later. He came out and listened to what we wanted. One bathroom is pretty straightforward, just update everything, but we have very little idea of colors, styles of things to pick (not very design oriented). One bathroom we wanted to move some walls and make bigger. Mike was very helpful and showed why what we wanted might not be practical. Mike was very concerned about price and suggested a less expensive, but very different idea. He then left and a few days later, what I got was basically a very detailed quote for the work and supplies, with a hand sketched floor plan. I have no "design" that I can take a price out to other builders. I have no better idea of what my bathrooms will look like today then I did tomorrow. What I do know is how much it will cost me to have Mike Fiato remodel my bathroom. I can't believe this service normally costs $249 per bathroom. I might use Mike for the remodel, but I would never use his "design" service again, or recommend it to anyone else.

This is the second time we have used Fiato & Associates, so that says it all! He has been in business for years. He listened to what we wanted, was easy to communicate with, was competitively priced, always returned calls promptly, and never pressured us. He is good family man, and completed the job on time. I would definitely recommend him and his crew.

The entire project from start to finish was well managed. All portions of the work were fully explained in detail in the initial quote and Mike was very helpful in providing suggestions to help save money on the project while meeting our remodeling goals. The work was done on time and per the quoted price. The quality of all the work was excellent. I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone considering a bathroom remodel.
