+ -1 moreThe master bath shower was leaking cold water and I thought it was a routine component swap out. But after the service, the leak started again, and got bigger and bigger. Falcone got back to me promptly on a holiday weekend to debug and execute a same day fix that ultimately involved addressing component mismatches behind the drywall and replacement / rewelding of pipes. A truly heroic effort again during a holiday weekend. I truly appreciate the prompt and very thorough response.
Description of Work: Fix chronic leak from shower head. Shower head, knobs, cartridges, replaced; piping and components behind the drywall and in the crawl space replaced / re-soldered; drywall repair performed.
