+ -1 moreI can't say enough good things about the Falcone team, in particular Tim and Alan. We got multiple competitive quotes and are so happy to have chosen them. I can honestly say that they were the most professional, courteous, and polite people we've ever had do anything on our house - ever. They adjusted schedules, worked tirelessly, and did all the little things to make sure the job (installation of 2 new furnaces and air conditioners) provided as little disruption as possible. I cannot recommend them highly enough - they were outstanding.
Description of Work: Full replacement of upstairs and downstairs furnaces and AC; additional replacement of upstairs duct work.

They are top-notch specialists, communication was great, and they were all patient & kind as well. Prices are excellent for the work & service provided. And we are pleased to support a local business. We love our new system, our utility bills are 2/3 lower, and we unequivocally recommend Mike, his crew @ Falcone Plumbing & Heating.

+ -1 moreThe company was the only one available at the time. It was cold that day, and we were just coming up on Thanksgiving. The tech arrived, found the problem and got the machine running through the weekend, and we were very grateful. We are grateful that the tech got the equipment running- but we were disappointed by everything after that moment.
Description of Work: The tech cut the power cord from the power line, and spliced in the condensate pump. I would have thought the tech would have run the cord from the pump to the junction- there was plenty of power cord available from the new condensate pump.

+ -1 moreI thought they did a good job. It took them two hours to do the work. It was aligned perfectly with the new sink, which made it easy to install. I would use them again. The worker was very nice and professional. He did show up on time.
Description of Work: I had them install new piping in my bathroom for a double sink area. I only had a single one, so this did involve installing a new pipe line off of the main water line that goes into the bathroom. I think they used about 4 feet of piping.
