I am fairly satisfied with the experience with Factory Direct Carpets. They showed up as scheduled and they installed the product we ordered. Though, I was not terribly happy with their sales person who came out and measured; she was lousy about communicating and totally failed to send the quote on the promised date. I almost went with another company, but the manager called me and apologized for the delay and also gave me his personal cell phone number so I could call him in the future. I'm quite happy with the flooring I chose. There is only one problem where the installer didn't put the carpet seam under the door and you can see the un-carpeted closet floor in the bedroom when the closet door is closed.
Description of Work: Had them put down linoleum in the kitchen and two bathrooms, plus we had carpet installed in a master bedroom and hallway.
