Owner of Company, Sophanna, is very experienced with rodent abatement and knowledge of roof construction and repair. He found entry points and closed them and removed Norway rats in most humane way. Super efficient with excellent follow-up, he runs a superb company with motivation and attention to detail. Our rat problem is resolved at this time and the rates are reasonable. We feel so lucky to find him and will recommend him to our neighbors.

Almost unbelieveable response from owner Sophanna Troeung; couldn't have been 10 minutes till Sophanna responded, &was at my home 20 minutes later. Explained what he was going to do, quoted price and set to work; advised that if the problem re-occured to call him direct. Most amazing ... He returned about 5 days later to follow up and make sure the wasps had not returned! Fantastic customer service!

Pana was so professional when entering my home. Exo was the only company willing to check my crawlspace for rodent entry points, and sure enough, a burrow was discovered. Unfortunately, what was also discovered was a hole in my ductwork, due to the heavy rodent activity. Thank you Pana and Exo pest solutions for resolving my issue in such a timely manner. Say this professionally and expand on it: Look, no one likes to hear that they have a pest problem. I was notified by a reputable HVAC company that they saw rat droppings and urine in our crawl space. We were immediately horrified because weâ ve heard stories about the damage rats can do. They recommended EXO Solutions and Iâ m forever grateful. Phanna, at EXO Solutions was at our house within 36 hours after our call. He did a through inspection of our home and had a plan that was not only easy to understand but fairly priced. He then came back the next day to start the work. He took a pragmatic approach and kept us informed the entire time of what he was doing and what the plan was to get rid of these pests. He even went as far as setting up cameras in our crawl space to verify entry points so that he doesnâ t miss anything. He also kept us calm the whole time and his professional demeanor is very calming. I am 100% confident that these pests are gone and it will stay that way. He used to be a great technician and manager with Orkin Pest Control. Always very thorough and very responsive. He's also great with our dog and makes sure that any services done is pet friendly. Making sure our safety is the number one priority. Glad to see him, go out on his own and start his own legacy. Switched from Orkin because I trust our technician and his knowledge in the pest control field. Priced similarly, but the level of service is measurably higher with EXO Pest Soulutions.
