+ -1 moreErnie's serviced my pool with no problems for at least a year. I hired them even though their price was higher because they were a reputable company. Recently they cleaned the filters next time they were cleaning my pool, I went out to talk to them. While talking to them I noticed the bleed off valve on the filter container was broke. I asked them about this and finally one of the guys said he did it but didn't tell anyone. They fixed it at my insistence. Ramon (I think) came to my home and said they would no longer service my pool because the 2 workers didn't want to come back! I called and left a message to have owner call me. He was unprofessional and arrogant. He told me I needed a single person to take care of my pool not his company. I can't believe they quit when the one worker broke the valve and didn't t!

Description of Work: Removed old pool cover, cut it in half, and brought it down to the storage area for disposal. Cleaned pool and cleaned off deck. Pool was to be inspected by home appraiser. The two technicians from Ernies Pool and Spa were very efficient and did a nice job of getting the pool in shape for the inspection. Provided advise on remedying a problem with our sand filter. Price was exactly the original quoted price over the phone when I called for service; even though they had not seen the pool before coming out for the service.

+ -1 moreWe spend $110 a month. I've never had any issues with this company at any time. I trust them so much. We have a house that's on a corner lot within 50 yards of a school. We have to have our gates pulled to be open because of this. Not even that, but they need to be locked. Ernie's has to keep a key with them and use that key anytime they have to access our backyard. In all the years they have worked with us, they've never once lost or forgotten the key. That's amazing and the only provider we've ever had that hasn't lost a key.
Description of Work: This company keeps up with the maintenance of the pool we have. They check the chlorine, water level, etc.
