Hired them to install 3 ceiling fans, 10 recessed lights, and 3 outlets in the bathrooms. They did a nice job in a reasonable amount of time. The rate they charged were significantly less than what other electricians were charging for the same type of work. Also liked that they covered the floor and used took off their shoes without asking.

The men were on time and on budget! They performed the jobs with excellence and then cleaned up as well. They even waited for me even though I was 20 minutes late getting to my house because of traffic. They waited patiently! Hire them!

He was very courteous and did a very good job. He conveniently provided an invoice by email. Since it did not mention any warranty, I had to ask. He then promptly respond by email sayin that he warrants his labor for two years.

I hired Emsaki Electric to install an exterior driveway flood light. They called me back promptly and stopped by the same day to provide me with a quote. Price was reasonable. Workmanship was excellent. I would recommend Emsaki Electric for similar jobs.

They were very friendly, helpful and knew what they were doing. Iraj gave some good suggestions. They came in time and finished work in time. No mess, very clean. I installed ceiling fans and recess lighting and dimmers in all my rooms. I would recommend them.

Iraj and his partner hard wired a ceiling fan for us. They were great, took there shoes off before they came in, put down a tarp where the they had to climb into the attic. Excellent quality work, very professional and reasonably priced.
