Economy Hardwood Floors

There were visible circular sander marks on our floor after they had refinished it and the new finish was not very durable. The floor scratched almost immediately from basic activities.

It was a fabulous experience. They do really nice work. The crew is quick and efficient. There was a problem with something once and they came back and fixed it right away, it was just a miscommunication. Not all of the crew speak English. They are very pleasant and smile a lot.

A team of 3 men arrived exactly on time (what a concept!)and went right to work. Two men were in a bedroom ripping out the stained wood (there was actually more than we had originally noticed); the third one started replacing the hardwood in the room with the pet stain. They put on the first coat and left telling me when they would return the next day. They were right on time again the next day and went right to work. I did not hear them chatting; they worked the entire time. On the third day one man returned and finished the job. I had a lamp hanging on the wall and he didn't notice it when he brought his broom handle up and it shattered. He was apologetic and I helped him get some newspaper to put the glass shards on. When going from the family room back to the bedrooms with the vat of floor sealer, he left a few drops on my living room floor. He wiped them off but one still remained the last day and he actually made it worse when he tried to clean it and cover with more sealer.

I am very satisfied.

Economy receives my highest praise. From beginning to end, Wendy and her team were highly professional, and left us with a beautiful new hardwood floor. The quality of the work done is excellent. One note: the flooring is a Kahrs Woodloc line, which is significantly easier to install than most floors. Wendy's crew was able to complete their work in under 2 days. Economy's price point was by far the best of over 10 companies I contacted. Wendy offered me the option of buying the hardwood myself, and after I had found a spectacular deal on the internet for the floor supplies, I was able to save quite a lot of money. I recommend Economy to anyone in search of value.

THE FOLKS DID A GOOD JOB. THEY SCHEDULED THE WORK SO THAT WE COULD BE OUT OF THE HOUSE FOR THE WEEKEND, THEY SHOWED UP EARLY AND WORKED HARD ALL DAY. THEY COVERED ALL EXPOSED AREAS CAREFULLY TO PROTECT FROM THE SANDING. THEY CAREFULLY MATCHED THE OTHER FLOORS WE HAD AND THE FINAL PRODUCT LOOKS GREAT!!

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AT HALF THE PRICE OF THE OTHER TWO BIDS. SINCE WE'VE USED THEM, WE'VE RECOMMENDED THEM TO FRIENDS AND SEVERAL HAVE USED THEM. ALL ARE VERY SATISFIED.
