Description of Work: They didn't call back

Description of Work: I was referred to this company, also found them to have good reviews on Angie's List. I scheduled the appointment for 8/17/2012 t get a bid for fence repair and complete replacement of a patio arbor. They showed up 30 minutes late for the bid appointment, but called me almost an hour prior to the appointment to tell me, so I was pleased. Jess showed up and I was very impressed. He made great recommendations and said he would get me the formal bid within a few days. Five calls, and four weeks later, I still do not even have a bid. I even left a message on Jess' cell phone. I spoke to two people at the office who promised me they would get me the big we need to make a decision. I do not know what else to do except write up a bad review here. But, I was so impressed with Jess during the bid consultation, that if he actually sends me the bid for the work, I will at least upgrade my grade. But for now, I cannot give them anything else but an F, since I have nothing to show for my time.

Description of Work: We had an appointment on Saturday of all days and the guy never showed up. I called and left a voicemail when he was 30 minutes late to ask if he was coming - still waiting for the call back a week later. I used these folks for fencing work last summer and was happy with it, so I called them back. But anyone who treats customers, especially a repeat, this way should be avoided altogether. Will never recommend them again.
