Description of Work: Objective was to diagnose a residential AC system & gave it a clean bill of health. Prior and subsequent findings from other companies proved otherwise. Company hesitant to follow-up due to the existence of a home warranty (which turned out not to apply so upgrade work was performed elsewhere). Person performing the assessment was courteous and professional, however.

Description of Work: Replaced a leaking coil in the compressor cabinet

Description of Work: DunRite owner arrived and performed a check on our air conditioner that is about 10 years old and found out that one fuse was incorrect and the correct fuse went defective. Also replaced old contact relay. Very plesant and profesional as he wanted to make sure that we continue to keep the unit in a good working condition. He advised us that new units will be very expensive and wanted us to continue the routine maintanence; cover in the winter; have regular maintanence upkeep in the spring. So we will not have to spend thousands of dollars replacing with a new unit.

Description of Work: Replaced the connector & switch on A/C unit.

Description of Work: I had used DunRite several years back to replace my furnace. So, when my AC unit was going on the fritz, I called them, even though it was late on a Friday night. I was in the middle of an asthma attack and really felt the need to get the AC worked on. The owner called me back even though it was quite late on Friday night. He came to the house to see the issue on Saturday morning and once he ascertained the AC would last a few more days, he promised to return on Monday morning. He sent his employee over on Monday morning, and based on the owner's diagnosis, he proceeded to replace the coil which was 31 years old. Before finalizing the replacement, they showed me the coil (it was quite filthy and blocked up with 31 years of household gunk). I felt confident after this discussion that they had correctly diagnosed the issue and authorized them to proceed with the replacement. They were quick and very neat while finishing the job. I would recommend this company and the team based on their knowledge of HVAC systems, responsiveness, speediness and neat work. I am already a repeat customer and will certainly call them again if needed.
