Hired Jeff to design a plan for my kitchen remodel and act as project manager. He promised me a design within a few days. He took $3500 as a deposit towards the counter top and installation. He also promised that he would get me a design for a custom cabinet. Almost 2 weeks and the only thing done was my check was cashed. He got upset that I went and looked at granite without him. When he found out I had chosen a more expensive granite, he doubled his amount to do the project (even though the granite was not twice the cost of an average granite). He had told me I would meet the fabricator before the project started but I never did. We changed the demolition date but he never told the fabricator. I called him 3 times and emailed twice and he never called me back. It took me another 3 weeks to get my deposit back. Bad communication, bad service, no follow through. Skip this one.
