Sweet and quick.

Surprised that quotes given over the phone were Not at all in line with what we saw in Angie's List reports. Went with another and believe we saved money doing so!

It went great. I had called about the bathtub because it was really slow draining and I used dranol and the liquid snakes didn't work. He came in, snaked it, and got the job done in 10 mins. What's great is that he charges by the job and not the time and his rates are very reasonable and you won't have to worry they charge a lot if things drag out. $80 for a bathtub. Then he noticed that my sink was fairly slow draining. I had issues with it earlier but got it to work reasonably in that it'll drain, though a little slow. He offered to snake it for free and when he did it, he realized that it was a lot more serious than it looked and there was something clogged up. He disconnected the pipes and found this huge solid (looks like soap) stuck. After he removed it, the sink worked like a charm. Great guy, really fast, came within an hr after I called. friendly. I ended up paying an extra $20 for the sink because it required a lot more work than just snakin. He finished both jobs in 25 mins.

I called them early Sunday afternoon. A live person answered the phone immediately. They offered me an estimate without me asking and had a person over within an hour. They found the problem and had it completed in short order, no muss no fuss. I couldn't conceive of better service.

Very well. Drain clogging was causing problems for several months. We could not run the wash machine at the same time as the dishwasher. Water was backing up through the wash machine overflow pipe, and chemicals only worked for a month or so. Last straw was yesterday (Sunday), when running the kitchen disposer actually caused the water to back up into the wash machine overflow pipe. Chemicals were only marginally successful. I called Drain Masters this morning. Left message. They called back within 1 hour. Came out the same day. Arrived on time. Plumber (Ed), was courteous, humorous, and professional. Provided estimate on the spot, prior to starting job. This was a simple job, so it took no more than 20 minutes (including set up and clean up). Includes 60 day warranty. We'll definitely try them on a big job, although I hope that's not too soon.

We really appreciated that fact that he was so knowledgeable and knew what he was doing right from the start. He was trustworthy and honest and I would not hesitate to recommend them to other people. They did a little bit extra by cleaning out another area after I explained the symptoms. He knew exactly what the problem was.

They came out fast; were courteous; cleared drain out to street (100ft.). It took about 45 minutes. Price seemed reasonable.

They seems very nice and scheduled me without a problem. No problem in canceling the appointment. No fee for cancellation.

They have very professional, prompt efficient service with clean work habits. I would definitely use them again.

DRAIN MASTERS WERE THE SECOND PLUMBING SERVICE WE CALLED. THEIR RESPONSE TIME WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATE. THEY CLEARED THE LINE AND INSURED THAT OUR PLUMBING WAS WORKING 100% BEFORE LEAVING. VERY FAST SERVICE AND EXCELLENT SERVICE. ACTUAL COST OF SERVICE WAS $225 BUT WE WERE STILL UNDER HOMEOWNERS WARRANTY.

THEIR WORK WAS VERY GOOD. THEIR PRICE WAS FAIR AND THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY WERE NICE AND FRIENDLY. OVERALL I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.
