Great work but I had difficulty understanding him. He spoke with a heavy accent plus the mask covered his mouth so I could not read his lips. As this was an emergency situation, I did not have the luxury to shop around.

Justin from Drain Doctors showed up on a Friday evening at 6PM for a review and estimate. He very quickly told us that the old water heater was well past its prime and it could still be fixed, but it would be a gamble on how long it might last. He also gave us an estimate that was less than 50% of another company referred to us by Home Advisor. We decided to replace the heater with a similar unit and Justin and his company replaced the unit for us that very evening and ensured the work was done very professionally and completely. We now have hot water back in the house. Great work by Drain Doctors. They managed to replace an old heater for about the same amount of money another company wanted to charge us just for replacing a part in the old heater.

Service was great but, wow, cleaning a drain is not cheap!!

I called Drain Doctor. In an hour they were able to get somebody to chk the clog as promised. Great service.

Hot water heater went out on a Saturday. They were able to come out Sunday morning. Checked it out. Verified the burner was dead. Had the hot water heater changed out by 4 am.

They responded very quickly and completed the work on the first trip except to pick up some items needed for the job.
