I had them for 15-20 years but stopped using them because I felt like their service level has declined. They typically called me before they came so I could put my pets inside but on the last 2nd and 3rd service calls, they never called ahead. They did go ahead and spray, and thankfully, my pets were inside the last time because it was raining. I was really surprised that a manager didn't call after I cancelled since I'd been a customer for so long.

I'm very pleased with their services.

The tech arrived with his boss which I thought was odd. Maybe he was a new employee? The guy was rather rough around the edges and not very friendly. This service was ordered through my husband's company due to a relocation. As soon as they both entered the house, our cat sensed something and tried scratching out of the home office. During the entire inspection, I tried to calm our cat down. We have had a clean inspection over 10 years ago so we were confident the same would happen here. When the guy was done, he immediately told me we had some beetle issue and the house would need to be fumigated. I asked if he had proof that these beetles were there like a picture or specimen and he told me no. He informed me someone would be back out to measure the perimeter of the house for the tent. Needless to say, I was very upset by his abruptness and I contacted the relocation company on the and quot;findingsand quot;. Not even an hour after this guy left another large guy showed up to measure the house. I told him I wasn't expecting him for at least a week and he told me he was in the neighborhood. I wasn't happy by this unexpected visitor. We decided to get a second opinion to where we requested pictures should the second inspector found anything. The findings were zero and we had no beetle problem. Well, now that we have one clean report and a problem report, my husbands company wants a third inspection done just to make sure. It is almost like the best out of five thing. This whole process has been very painful and disruptive. Had Dewey's inspector had been credible, we wouldn't be dealing with this right now. We started in May and we still aren't done. I should have questioned why this supervisor was with this tech, however, in the future I will. We think Dewey just wanted to scam us since the fumigation was going to cost us $3,900. My advice is not to hire Dewey Pest Control for anything. The guy wasn't friendly or professional and the way he delivered the news to me about the beetle problem was way off mark. It was very upsetting which turned into a fire drill to try and get a second opinion. The experience was horrible and it is still going on.

My husband does not like the people who came. He was in charge of paying. They were fine for me. They called me ahead of time because I told them we had an animal and they told me what time they were coming. They did it. I have not noticed any ants around so they must be doing a good job. They are prompt. I had a question so I called them and they were very responsive.

They come once a month. They will come back out if we have an issue at any time. I have a problem with wasps so they would come out once a week if they have to, to take care of the problem. If they spray and we notice it is back again or in another spot they will come back out. We don't have to wait till the next time they come.

They have a regular schedule and it's nice that they stick to it. I get a call the day before they come just to confirm they're coming. He comes early which I like and he comes around the same time. If I have any concerns when he calls me, he can take care of them the next morning.

The guy was able to take care of it. It's $60 every two months. The actual guy who ends up coming is super nice. He is personable and he is like my personal guy. I haven't had any problems with him. He mostly does outdoor and did indoor only once for me.

They were recommended by some friends. They are always there at the beginning of the month. They use products that won’t hurt my dogs or cats. When I have had specific issues, I was always able to talk to the guy who comes to our house. They are reliable and responsive.

Very satisfied. Will point out particular areas that needs special attention and they follow thru along with monthly maintenance.

We have used them for several years. They are reliable and punctual. They call us the day before they are to spray because we have dogs. They give us a report what they sprayed for and what they used. We have always been happy with their work.

This company came by to ask me to switch to their company two years ago. I am glad I did, these guys are wonderful they always are on time and work with my schedule. I have two dogs and a pet rabbit, so they have to work with me on which day they can come. I ask them to come on my every Friday off, they always are flexible for me. Other companies made it difficult and could not accommodate me.

Dewey pest control comes once a month to spray our yard for ants, and other rodents. They come every month at the same time, spray everything, and if anything else is needed they will spray for that as well. It only takes about 20 minutes and then they

I was happy with my overall experience with this company. They always do a great job and I think the price is reasonable. They are great about following up and always come back a few days after spraying to make sure they didn't miss anything. I will continue to use this company in the future.

They did a good job. I think it is hard to really see the end result right away with this kind of company. But they always come back and do check ups. The work that was done was good. They are very nice people to work with. They sprayed for ants and, when the ants came back, they came back and sprayed.

I had a really good experience and I feel they are a real good company. They are responsive to your problems and they take good care of you when you have a problem. They have competitive pricing and have overall done a great job.
