Re: installing a hand rail in the front porch Juan was excellent about pretty much every aspect of hiring a vendor. Here is why: 1. Professional: replied immediately (within 10 minutes, if that) as soon as I posted the request on this app. He came on time exactly when he said he would come, within the same day we spoke, to take the measurements and photos of the area to be worked on. 2. He came with photos of his previous projects/work. 3. Communication! He was in constant contact when checking on the status of the job, which includes doing the actual welding of the iron rail 4. Craftmanship! There were no weird grooves or dents in the rail and the paint was of high quality, no chipping, etc. The railing was a piece of art, flawless. 5. Timeliness - He came to install the rail at the exact date & time he promised and was out of there quickly. 6. Clean up - He cleaned up, did not leave any messes behind. 7. Affordable Pricing, reasonable. I highly recommend Juan/Decor Iron Works.

I am very happy with my new railing.

Juan came to my home to look at a loose railing attached to a brick step , and noticed what I had not -- although a brick was somewhat loose, that was not causing the railing to wobble. The culprit was the other end of the railing where the bolt was loose! He got the tool from his truck and fixed it in a jiffy, no charge to me. I gave him a small amount anyway. I am now a client for life of Juan Mejia at Decor Iron Works 408-390-2646 because he is such an upstanding, honest guy. If and when the next problem with my railing arises I will call Juan!!
