Description of Work: We found them to be very professional, however they did not listen well. We said we had a budget of about $700,000. As we already owned the lot. We wanted a 2000 sq ft -2400 sq ft house. Simple, no frills. 2-3 bedroom, great room, 2bath, no living rm or dining rm. after spending several months with them on floor plan they came back with an estimate of $1.7 million. Obviously, they were not interested in our business. One of the comments they made was that "they appreciated our giving them a budget as most of their clients did not." That should have been a warning sign that we had the wrong builder.
