+ -1 moreOur regular housekeeper of several years left the company for Mexico, so we had a new housekeeper assigned to us. She appeared to do a good job after being instructed multiple times due to a language barrier.
Description of Work: They do routine housekeeping, such as vacuuming carpets, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning hardwood floors, and dusting. Four hours were provided.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID WELL FOR THE FIRST 4 WEEKS, BUT ON THE FIFTH WEEK, I DID NOT NEED THEM TO COME AND CLEAN. THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT, AND CHARGED ME FOR THE SERVICE, EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT REQUEST IT, AND DID NOT CALL AND ASK FOR IT.
Description of Work: I HIRED DANA'S HOUSKEEPING TO DO WEEKLY HOUSECLEANING WHILE I WAS RECUPERATING FROM SURGERY. IT WAS TO BE AN 'ON-CALL' SERVICE, IF I NEEDED THEM, THEY WOULD COME AND PERFORM THE SERVICES. I HAD TO PROVIDE A CREDIT CARD FOR BILLING. THEY WOULD NOT BILL OR ACCEPT PAYMENT ON COMPLETION OF SERVICES.

They are a very good company. Their work is excellent. I plan to keep using them. The work is of high quality. They are professional. I am very happy with this company.
