Perfect. Called them to discuss what we needed and to see if we could get an estimate. Sarah, the office receptionist, answered our questions and arranged an in-house estimate for us, all done in a timely and courteous manner. Carlos Figueroa was the employee who came out to discuss, explain the project and give us a cost estimate. Carlos was very impressive: courteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the benefits of choosing Dalcon, if we did, in fact, hire them (we had two other estimates done), revealing the thoroughness and the integrity on which Dalcon has built its reputation. Feeling no pressure whatsoever, we made our decision to hire them the next day, with the assurance that Carlos would be the lead person on the installation, and soon set a date for the work to be done. Carlos and a co-worker, Christopher, did the installation in a very competent and professional manner. They worked carefully, discussing all the details with us to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. A third worker< Alex, showed up later in the day to do the patching of the ceiling and the wall (his particular expertise) where they had to cut through the sheet rock to connect wiring. Everything was done perfectly by the end of the day, with meticulous clean-up and a final checking with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Oh- the exterior light I mentioned above was also perfectly installed using an LED spotlight that has a motion sensor- just what we wanted. Although Dalcon is a bit pricey, you can see what you're getting for your money and to us, it was well worth it to have the peace of mind that everything would be done to our satisfaction, with warranties everywhere if something went awry. We are considering hiring them again to upgrade our home electrical system.
