 + -1 moreTHEY WERE HELPFUL AND PROMPT, AND CERTAINLY THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM. THREE INDIVIDUALS CAME OUT, HOWEVER, AND FOR 45 MINUTES WORTH OF WORK I WAS CHARGED FOR 2.4 HOURS, AND WAS TOLD IS WAS THE CUMULATIVE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL. I FELT THIS WAS NOT QUITE FAIR, IF I USED THEM AGAIN, I WOULD FIND OUT HOW MANY EMPLOYEES WERE BEING SENT TO WORK ON MY HOUSE.
Description of Work: THE TOILET IN MY BASEMENT WAS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY, THE CW BICKHAM EMPLOYEES CAME OUT AND ASSESSED, AND FIXED THE PROBLEM.
