We wanted to have them fix a couple of toilet flushes as well. They could have replaced parts and charged a lot of money, but instead, they tweaked the old part by hand in no time, and suggested that we plan on buying a new toilet for the longer-term fix, which would amount to the same as replacing individual parts.

He was open and honest about questions I posed and even explained that I can flush the water heater easily on my own, saving me money on a service call! Counsel Plumbing was $45 lower than the first quote which was already reasonable. Based on customer service and competitive pricing, I am keeping Counsel Plumbing on my recommended contractor list.

They were clean, professional, knew what they were doing, and they didn't leave behind tiny screws and washers like other plumbers may do, and make you wonder. They did a good job, and finished, and also arrived right after placing the call, in less than 1/2 an hour. They also were done with 2 bathtub items in less than an hour.
