Mike knew what he was doing and explained the whole process for us. After unblocking the clogged pipe, he recommended using a tv probe to check out the pipe. This allowed us to see the condition of our sewer pipe and take the necessary flushing option. I feel much better knowing the condition of our sewer pipes.

Water main break to my home, came by super fast, used home advisor to get quote at 7:30 am, heard from them by 8am, dropped by about 9am, fixed / repaired with new fittings, showed me water meter not running when home line turned off, then after turning on water and flusing toilets ...etc, water meter not moving/no leaks currently 11:30am

They are very good. I wish what they said and what they did matched. Mike is a good guy but seems on the lazy side. He knows what he is doing, but he subcontracts his work and you should haggle. What seems inconvenient -- example getting under the concrete slabs etc -- he will talk about it and then won't do. I would recommend him though, and will use him again. He was the first to call. He worked with my tenant's schedule. He took care of getting the licence, he started and ended on time. He never got the freaking permit signed off for the final inspection. But...

Mike is honest, thorough, and dependable. Seriously....this is the guy you want. Did complete repipe and replaced main drain line in a day.

Mike replied to my request immediately by phone. He visited my home the next day, provided a quote and returned the following day with a new hot water heater. He made a few additions to our plumbing, installed the new heater and made sure I understood how to operate it properly. As it turned out the water heater had a bad control board. This meant Mike had to make two trips to the supplier to resolve the problem. This was NOT mike's problem, however he dealt with it professionally and finished the install ONLY after making sure all was well and I understood the changes made. He provide a written final bill, careful to include the new control ID. Counsil Plumbing was always available via phone (not answering service) during the initial discussions. I would absolutely recommend Mike and his team for my next project. This is a small company where Mike does a majority of the service/maintenance work himself. He's focused on service not on large new installation or new construction. We are totally happy, and would highly recommend Mike for other plumbing needs. He has experience in new construction and is very familiar with codes and other issues (which may be lurking behind the walls).

Michael came out with an estimate and completed the job the same day. The price was great and he explained to me how to use the system after the installation.

They rescheduled the appointment at the last minute due to some audit!! but gave a price discount to compensate for that.

Mike was extremely professional. He corrected a mistake I had made when trying to connect the water source for the toilet. He showed me what I had done, fixed it and there was no charge.

Mike did a great job for me. Installed a new kitchen faucet and supply line shut off valve. He was in and out in ~1.5 hours. Reasonable price. He also gave me some tips for my pending dishwasher instalation. I'd hire Mike again, for sure.
