+ -1 moreIn the end of December our heating went out and pg&e came out and and said we needed to replace the furnace. We called around and finally got a repair service. When they realized that it was a home they told us that they only service businesses. They did say that they have someone that could help and that they sometimes contract out to him. We called Josh at controlled air systems and we went over the systems available. I had grand plans for the service. After listening to what I wanted she got info on the house and the current system i had, he told me that what i wanted was overkill. Thanks to him I saved 1500. its been 5 months and the system working great and we replaced the air-con as well (this month). The heating took 1 1/2 days and air-con took 6 hrs. He didn't just go and set the system up, he explained what he was doing. Overall excellent service.
