My brother handled the re-roofing of our mom s home because he had a roofing business. He visited 16 websites, called 10 roofers, had 4 give on-site quotes, but he picked Conrad because he felt they were best qualified to handle a 24 x 24 35 year old patio cover with eight 3 x 7 glass skylights. All glass was removed, rotted wood replace, and the glass re-installed. Conrad did an excellent job.

Wonderful. Jim Carnahan (owner, I believe) was prompt with appointments and returning a good bid. He was always available by cell phone. He actually came out once in between bid and work to reinspect gutters for necessary repairs. Work performed during 2 clear days during a rainy season, they jumped in when the weather allowed. Work was done on a Friday, they came out on Monday when the inspector came and finished up. I got the invoice afterwords for the full amount (no deposit required to begin work) and paid up promptly. Excellent quality and performance! They are highly recommended!

The initial response and estimate was very good - prompt service, competitive pricing, fair advice. Was my first choice from initial estimates. However, when I sent additional questions a couple of weeks later to clarify some conflicting recommendations from other roofing companies, the owner/estimator decided not to respond at all. Unfortunately, he didn't bother to tell me or respond to my phone messages. I finally caught him on his cell phone - he didn't want to bother with answering my questions, assumed I had other roofers, and intentionally ignored me. ''Too busy.'' Grade ''A'' first visit, ''F'' on follow-up - rated as ''C'' in scale. Would not recommend.

It was a very smooth transaction. I received a quote promptly, the work was scheduled, the site was cleaned, and I was invoiced promptly. The work was done to my complete satisfaction.

Hire Keith Carnahan of Conrad roofing to re-do roof on my parents house. He did an excellent job and my parents were very happy with the work done. House size is approximately 1300 sq ft 40yr shingles and vents $7,400, Gutters and downspout $1,600 Dry rot approximately $3,000 (there was a lot of dry rot damage). Took them 5 days even though lots of dry rot repair. They were prompt and very clean. Keith also removed a vent not being used and fixed the vent for the water heater at no charge. He also discounted some of the dry rot work since there was so much damage. Conrad Roofing did a great job.

Keith was extremely easy to talk to; he answered all my numerous questions. He is very accessible, nice and fair. He even gave me a break on the wood cost since I had so much dry rot. Conrad Roofing cleaned up so well after the job, that you couldn't tell they were even there except for the brand new, great looking roof.

What an incredibly great experience. They came out and gave the estimate, and we were agreeable to it. They got started right away. The men were very hard workers, and were polite to us. The complete job was wonderful. The crew drove a nail through one of our electrical lines on accident. The foreman cam right out and replaced that line for us. That just shows how considerate these people are. The roof looked wonderful, and I would recommend them to anyone.

They tore off the old shingles and re-shingled our roof. They did a very good job cleaning up. They showed up with tarps when unexpected rain came or if rain was in the forecast. The employees drove a company truck to the worksite.
