All work was performed efficiently, quickly and accurately at a reasonable price. The technician who came to my home to set up the new laptop was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient and I am very pleased with the results. The evaluation of my old laptop was performed at ClickAway and the set-up of my new lap top was performed at my home and took slightly less than one hour. I have used their services in the past as well, and would not hesitate to call on them again if needed. Please note that the evaluation/diagnostics for my old computer was performed at the provider's address.

They weren't able to repair it. The hard drive had failed and they would have to replace the hard drive. I just ended up buying a new computer. The person that helped me was okay. They seemed to want to upsell and sell me things. Their experience is average.

I'm definitely a fan of Click Away with Seth and Mike. I needed my data video clips retrieved from a damaged memory card and they saved the day. They were very friendly and professional as they patiently listened to my sob story of how I desperately needed this data retrieved. As I'm sure everyone says that when they go there for help. I'm not a techie so I described the problem the best I could with the error messages I got. Seth took my order while Mike was pleasantly conversing with me about my video documentary and showing interest in my work and understanding the need for my data retrieval. So I left my damaged card with them and thankfully they were able to retrieve everything within 24 hours. What a relief! When I went to pick up my data and pay for everything, Mike was there and helped me understand why I might've gotten some of the error messages I was experiencing. He and Seth were really great with their customer service and professionalism If you haven't been there yet, they should be at the top of your list for help when it's needed. They really take the time with you to understand the problem. The store is very clean and easy to find right behind Golfland. The price was right ($99) and the work was fast. I definitely recommend them.

The virus was never removed and only some of my data was migrated so I asked them to make a mirror image of my Gateway drive onto a USB drive so I would have the piece of mind to be able to recover any data I needed in the future. Unfortunately only some of my most important data was copied but not the whole drive so I'm not sure what was not recovered. On my request, they removed the Gateway hard drive, gave it to me and trashed the rest of the computer. UPDATE 6/25: I was contacted by Vice President of Operations Sammy Kassem who saw my report on Angie's List and was determined to resolve my issues and make me a happy customer again. He succeeded. Sammy at his expense took my Gateway hard drive and put it into an enclosure that converted it to a USB drive. I can now access all my data from any computer and found the piece of mind I was looking for. I am convinced that customer satisfaction is a core value of Clickaway Computer and I will do business with them again.
