My was quick to respond to my request from Angie's list. His estimate was very detailed and clear - showing what he was providing (e.g., LED fixtures, floor heating) and what I was providing (e.g., ceiling fans). His price was the best out of all the companies I contacted. He and his crew worked hard and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. They showed up when expected and were very courteous. The inspector commented on the quality of the work that had been done. There were a couple of issues with the placement of fixtures that he quickly resolved. He had to wait a few weeks between phases of the job (e.g., completing the rough and first inspection, putting in the bathroom heat, finishing installations after cabinets were in) but quickly worked us into the schedule after I called him. We had one outlet that stopped working after the job was finished and they came out and fixed it, no problem. I decided to add some additional lighting in our master bedroom, and he gave the quote and got it done very quickly. I have already referred him to a friend of mine for a couple of small things she needs done.

From the first conversation, to the quote, to the completion of the job, My has been a real pleasure to deal with. He was always ready to explain, help us understand, and answer the questions we had along the way. My clearly has a LOT of experience. I’d give 5 of 5 stars for every step of the process.
