Description of Work: The house was a total mess, we were in the middle of remodelling a room and the furniture was stacked all over the rest of the house. And we had company coming. Maria came the day I called to give me an estimate. We decided she would concentrate on the kitchen and the guest bath. This wasn't as simple as it sounds because they had not had a real cleaning for quite awhile. She worked us into her schedule for the next day. 2 people and she could work for 2 hours. | |They arrived on time with all their stuff and started right in. They had to work around extra furniture, packing boxes, etc. but did a real good job. They consolidated the non-kitchen items in one place, did the dishes, cleaned the stove and fan, did the floor, etc. The bath got the same treatment. We were very satistied. | |I have used this service since then for our house and for a relative's apartment (on an on-going basis). The few times something came up and they could not come, they notified us early and set up another day to come. When you use this service, remember that you are working with a buisiness yes, but not an agency.

Description of Work: Maria and her sister cleaned my home in preparation for a big party I was having.Everything they did was PERFECTION!They are delightful people in addition to being thorough, professional, and responsive.They went way beyond what was required, cleaning baseboards, refrigerator, deck rails, etc.I have used them many times and they have always been fantastic.

 + -1 moreMaria called me on 10/31 to tell me she couldn't make it that day but offered to come the next day--Sunday. She and her sister arrived 15 minutes early (yay!); she looked at the condo, asked me what I wanted done, and proceeded to work. They each spent 4 hours. Maria frequently asked me to look at what they'd accomplished to be sure they were doing what I asked, and she went back if she missed anything (only 1). Both women worked without much conversation, which I like because they didn't waste any time. They were unable to do a couple of things I'd asked for because they didn't have the proper supplies as the work required more than the "normal" supplies, but she told me she'd bring them next time. The place absolutely sparkled when they left here. Despite the few "glitches," I will use this company again. In fact, I have already told Maria that I will call her to come again after we return from our vacation.
Description of Work: Maria and her sister thoroughly cleaned my 1600 sq.ft. condo from top to bottom, even doing things I didn't ask for.

 + -1 moreMaria came to our home and gave us a very reasonable estimate for the work to be performed. She was right on time for the appointment. The 'band of ladies' that Maria brought along were extremely professional and did a very nice job of cleaning the home which we were in the process of vacating. Our landlord, who is generally very 'picky' and detail oriented inspected the house and did not give us a single comment on the cleanliness of the home, which is not usual to say the least! It was a major relief to hand off the house in clean state.
Description of Work: Performed cleaning services on a home that we were vacating. The areas cleaned included cleaning the kitchen (including countertops), bathrooms,living rooms, bed rooms and common areas. The services included vacuum cleaning, scrubbing and cleaning tiled floors.

On the way out, they even cleaned my front porch without my asking them. They are the best cleaning people I've ever had.

 + -1 moreThey were flexible with their schedule because we needed our house cleaned on a certain day. They came on time. They introduced themselves and got to work right away. They vacuumed the carpet, mopped tile/vinyl floors, dusted furniture, cleaned toilets/counters/appliances, and scrubed the stove top. They did a great job with the bathrooms and the rest of the house. When they dusted and cleaned counters, they didn't just go around the items but dusted and cleaned under objects! They made sure we found the work satisfactory before leaving.
Description of Work: General housecleaning for a 2 story house: 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath.

 + -1 moreThis house had not been fully cleaned for more than five years! I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and they arrived on time. They walked through the entire home and explained what special tasks they would do and what the price would be. The day of the cleaning, they called to say they would be a little late and they arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. I was impressed with their attention to details: cleaned all light fixtures, dusted artwork, moved all furniture and rugs to dust and clean wood floors. The crew worked non-stop from the time they arrived until the time they left. I plan to use them on a regular basis.
Description of Work: Deep cleaning of 1800 sq foot home and all 14 windows.

 + -1 moreVery well. Maria arrived promptly with Aunt and Niece as helpers. I had been up all night so went to sleep in guest room, instructing Maria to wake me when other work done and save that room for last. I could hear the women working as I went to sleep. I had thought it was a full day job but it only took the morning. The kitchen was done well and so were the other rooms. The bathtub did not get cleaned. It was dry so assume no attempt was made. This is the home of my friend who is out of state with a very ill husband. They won't be back for another week so I asked Maria to empty and clean the refrigerator. It is done very well. Overall, I am pleased with this team's work. She did throw away some tubifex worms in the refrigerator, which are food for tropical fish.
Description of Work: Did a one time cleaning of very dirty house. Cleaning of refrigerator added $30 to original estimate.
