Description of Work: After much research and interviewing several companies we selected Clean Solar. Clean Solar representative Tim Littlefield was extremely patient and professional while answering my numerous questions several times over. He applied no pressure whatsoever and listened to what we actually wanted which was to purchase our system. The installers were wonderful as well they completed the job entirely in one day. I would absolutely do business with them again. And when we got our first electric bill it was so low we were shocked at the $, needless to say we are very pleased; we used to pay anywhere from $250 to 300, our bill was $15 that included both gas and electricity! Description of Work: They installed 26 LG 280 watt Solar panels. Justin Ryan, our sales representative was very informative and gave us an accurate description of what to expect. Installation was smooth and our property was left very clean. No problem with PG&E hookup. We purchased the 7.28 KW photovoltaic system and the price was reasonable compared to other solar companies.

Description of Work: Clean Solar listened to our requests, answered our questions, designed a system that was perfect for our needs, efficiently installed our solar system, and helped us understand how to use it! | |They treated us with respect and were flexible to meet our needs. We were particularly impressed with Chase Kauf, who was much more than a salesperson. He worked to get us the information we requested and negotiated a discount that was better than the one we asked for. He even met us at my husband's office in order to get our signatures on the contract. We knew what to expect at every phase, and all of our questions were answered. | |The surveying and installation staff were respectful and neat. | |Our one small bit of dissatisfaction was with the energy production monitoring website. (This is not a website that Clean Solar develops or maintains. I believe it is a website offered by SunPower, who made our solar panels.) The website with our home's production system is open to the public, and there is no way to make it private with a password, etc. Clean Solar seemed surprised by that fact, but there was little to nothing they could do about it. | |I would happily recommend Clean Solar to anyone interested in investigating and/or installing solar panels.

Description of Work: I needed an old solar water heater removed and hauled away. Clean Solar showed up on time, removed the old solar panels, removed the old plumbing, and patched holes in the roof and side of the house. My house is old, and the work disturbed some dirt and corrosion in the pipes causing the hot water line to clog. Clean Solar worked extra hours to figure out what went wrong and fix it, but stuck to their original estimate despite working twice as much time as expected.
