Clark Termite Pest Control & Fumigation

Not good. We had termites and then were still there after the tenting. I called the tenting company since they are a sub contractor to Clark and they referred me back to Clark. After several emails and phone calls with no response, I finally got a call back from the local franchise owner. He stated the original rep was "reassigned" which was the cause of the delay. The owner finally took responsibility and came out and spot treated the area in question. The reviews would have been worse had the owner not come out and resolved my problem. This may have been a problem with one employee however, this all falls under the companies responsibility.

We needed to have our property sprayed for pests in general, and in particular problems with spiders (including black widows). Clark's service on the phone during the initial contact, and during scheduling an estimate. I contacted a couple of other companies as well, and did not experience the same level of professionalism. The on-site estimate was scheduled fairly quickly, and the representative here, Ray, is great. He is very professional, and gave a good quote - much lower than the others I contacted. We signed up for a year long service, bimonthly at about $90 per service. So far so good - no pests.

I am very pleased with this company. The crew is very professional and reliable. They are always on time to the appointments and are good with communicating with you. I will continue to use this company.

They set traps in our attic and they put up chickening wire around any openings in the house. They sprayed completely from the front to the back. They had come several times to check the traps. They are available at anytime that we need them to come back. They also offered a free termite inspection. The price was fair. They haven’t caught any rats and they determined us to be rat-free. They are very responsive and they came out quickly. They contacted me right away.

They were wonderful. They did a great job. They gave me a quote. They were on time. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. The house was secure. It was a good experience.
