+ -1 moreDion came out to give us an estimate. He was very pleasant and explained the job clearly. The awning was manufactured in time. The installation was quick and smooth.
Description of Work: Made and installed fixed awning above the entry door of our house.

+ -1 moreIt was a good experience. A rep. came out at the appointed time to take measurements for an estimate. He told me up front that, upon paying a deposit, the lead time would be 6 weeks or so. They came out a 2nd time to take more detailed measurements prior to making the awning. Finally, they removed the old awning and installed the new one in an hour, with no problems, and cleaned up the tree debris that fell from the old awning. The backyard looks light and bright now with the new awning!
Description of Work: They replaced an awning over the backyard deck.

+ -1 moreFrom the estimator to the designer and installers - all City Canvas employees are fabulous. They show up when they say. Their estimates are professional and accurate. They have the same employees from 5 years ago and upon talking to one of them (Norm, I think) some have been there for 20+ years. If a company can keep employees that long, I think that says something positive.
Description of Work: Recovered an extremely large patio canopy, and installed new smaller awnings and frames.
