Very smooth. Dennis and his helper managed to work in between other contractors working on flooring and paint, allowing me to get the rental property ready in time.

It went effortlessly. He coordinated the work with the other craftsmen, i.e. tile installers, electrician ,mirror replacement. All the work and the work of his subcontractors has been top of the line. Easy to get in touch with.

They were really helpful. There was a woman named Patty that was helpful in making decisions. Dennis Chivers did a lot of the work himself and did a very good job. I would recommend them and have recommended them for their work. They were responsive and considerate. They are conscientious and want to make sure that you are happy. They recommended me to a plumber that replumbed the whole entire house and did a fantastic job. Overall, I definitely trust them and their work.

Dennis Chivers is the general constructor. I have nothing but positive things to say about this gentleman. Chiver Construction knew exactly what they were doing. We live in an old house and we were in the process of taking out an old bar which the previous owners had. In the process we found all kind of stuff that were just ready to go. So we had to have a new water heater put in and he was instrumental in helping to get that thing done. My mum is 86 and has a friend who is also 86 and my mum is in Saratoga and it is her friend who knew Dennis. She advised me that if I need a remodel done to check Dennis because he is the most reliable. We have been happy to have lived in the valley for 55 to 60 years. Word of mouth says a lot of things, more than going through the phone book. Word of mouth is sometimes the best way to go. Dennis did us a nice job. He knew the subcontractors that came in to do things and when he said that I can use this gentleman and not this one I knew which way to go. He was very helpful in that neighbourhood. I will use him again.
