Chimney Clean Company

Very thorough, courteous, and clean. Did up-sell a bit, but not too much. $120 for a dryer cleaning seemed a bit steep, and so gave a "b" on the price. They were used for chimney cleaning and inspection prior to our purchase of this house, and I picked them from Angie's List.

After getting one other bid (also from Angie's List), we went with Chimney Clean because they could come out sooner than the other company. The sweep arrived on time and was finished on time. He was very pleasant, very informative, and most importantly very clean. Both chimneys are working great now!

Scheduled with office. When an issue came up with the schedule, office called well ahead of time and worked to make things right. Initial visit was to clean ducting, but upon crawling under the house and looking at the duct work, we came to the decision that the ductwork needed to be replaced, in part due to an initial substandard installation. Worked with the office to reschedule and they showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule.

We had a family of birds nesting in our chimney. When I called to get an estimate all my questions were answered and I was given what proved to be an accurate estimate for the needed work. Once the birds had left the nest I called for an appointment and felt they understood my desire to get the work done ASAP; the work was scheduled for the next week (it could have been a day sooner but the timing was not good for me). I received a call the day ahead to confirm the appointment. Dennis arrived promptly, was very respectful of my floors and household. The work was performed quickly and very professionally. The inspection showed some cracks that needed to be sealed and we were given a reasonable estimate for the work. My husband asked if it was something we could do ourselves it, was told yes and what product to use. No pressure for added services but we were given a coupon for duct and carpet cleaning. Very good experience. I felt like this company is in business to perform a needed service at a fair price; in my opinion that's the way things should be...a price that is fair to both the company and the customer for work well done.

I live in a condominium complex and 2 of my neighbors and myself decided that it was time to get our dryer vents cleaned. I found and quot;Chimney Clean and Carpet Clean Companyand quot; here on Angies's List and thought I'd give them a try since my previous experience with other companies was not very satisfactory. I couldn't have been more pleased. Everyone, including Sheila, who scheduled our appointments for us, to Kit who actually performed the job was very professional and easy to deal with. Kit pulled my dryer out from the wall and cleaned out the duct that goes from the dryer to the wall and then went up on the roof to clean out the rest of the vent. He told me that he cleaned a lot of lint out of my vent which made me happy that I decided to have this done. Now, I can feel safe in my home again!! My neighbors told me how pleased they were as well. We all decided that this is the company we will contact again for vent cleaning.

We were able to schedule an appointment within a week of our call. The service was were very punctual, neat and considerate of our furnishings and our time. He covered the floor, carpeting and his shoes to keep everything clean. We felt he was very thorough and knowledgeable. We didn't feel like he tried to sell us unnecessary work or products. This is the second time we have used this company and we will use them again.

Very skilled chimney sweep arrived on time, did a great job, left no mess. Have already recommended him to friends. I think his name was Dennis.

My chimney needed to be cleaned, had soot and ash. They were very prompt with appointment and showed up on time. Was very courteous. Spread blanket over the carpet area close to the chimney. He cleaned it from inside and climbed on roof to clean from the top. He noticed some peeling near top wall and asked me if I would like to repair it. I said yes. He was done within 1.5 hour in all. Cleaned up any visible note of his work before leaving. I would definitely call them again for similar work.

Did a very professional job

Everything went smoothly and quickly, from our initial phone call to completion of the vent cleaning to the payment process to following up with our request of invoices via email! The cost was very fair for our two 2-story rental homes. The entire experience was "no fuss, no muss"! The technician performed the cleaning in a professional manner and wonderfully left NO mess behind. This is a great company with excellent customer service! We highly recommend and would use them again!

It was a big deal that I purchased. He was very polite and quite efficient. He was very professional. He first tried a less expensive repair which didn't work. He explained to me what was going on.

He was very professional and informative. Also, the company sent a reminder card and called to confirm the appointment.

The serviceman was prompt and quickly cleaned the accumulated lint out of the dryer vent. He even made sure I took a look at the pile of lint that he cleaned out. He was courteous and pleasant and he left everything very clean.

I have used them a couple of times. They were very good. professional, fast and thorough. They were very polite and clean.

Ther service from the intial meeting at the Home Show, the appointment verification and scheduling to the end of the service was proffesional as you woul dexpect from a company who knows that customers are there bread and butter.

It was good. He was prompt and on time. He cleaned up after himself with no mess.

The service man worked 7 hours non stop and I am very impressed with his work.

Services performed as outlined above -- chimney cleaning, a new chimney cap and ash removal cover replaced at my request. The living room was cleaner than before he was there due to multiple passes with a vacuum. Picked up a couple of new tricks to get a great fire going quickly and we enjoyed one that night. Will do business with them again.

They told me what the problems were and I agreed to have them fixed. They sealed some cracks where there was leakage. They were fine, they showed up when they were supposed to and did the job they were supposed to.

Went perfectly. Scheduling was easy, and I appreciated the call the day prior confirming our appt. The gentlemen who came out were right on time, and were very polite and professional. They explained everything and showed me the difference before and after the work. They were prompt and effecient and cleaned up very nicely after the work was done.
