Chandler and his colleague kept me apprised of their arrival and recommended the least expensive way to repair the fixture. My family and I were very pleased with their candor and professionalism. Even though their business hours ends at 5 p.m., Chandler and his helper did not rush the job and the price was very reasonable. I strongly recommend them for any one in the San Francisco Bay who wants honest to goodness plumbing services, regardless of how small or complex. I will definitely call them again should the need arise.

This was such a painless experience. Chandler called me immediately after i made the request. We talked about what i needed and he was willing to give me a rough estimate over the phone. I liked that. Evan showed up early and called me when he got there. He was very friendly and i felt confident he knew what he was doing right from the start. As what usually happens when you buy plumbing/faucet the box wasn't complete. He was so flexible and motivated to do the job correctly that he decided to take his lunch and give me a chance to run to the hardware store to buy another faucet. Chandler was available by phone anytime i called and during the job. This is a first rate plumbing company. great experience and truly painless. Evan ended up putting 2 faucets in and the price was reasonable. It's such a comfort now knowing i can just call them and relax that they will do what they say they will and more. Excellent service and experience.

Called me rapidly.. Evan was extremely helpful and repaired faucets as economically as possible. Ran all over town in evening traffic to find a part so job could be finished in one afternoon.

Chandler did an excellent job, better than we expected. He pointed out some issues that were coming up with the house plumbing and took care of it while the re-model was on going. He was over the top with details and suggestions which made the end result perfect. I would highly recommend him for any bathroom re-model or needs.

Jake came to look at and clear the clog we had. He was very professional. He was able to resolve the issue and had everything back up running and cleaned up with in the hour. Gave us suggestions as to what to do in the future to help prevent clogs. Will call them in the future for any plumbing issues.

Installed a pressure regulator on 40 year old house (fortunately it has copper piping). Evan tied my bushes back and went to work through all the unforeseen problems that popped up. Very nice man. Would hire again and recommend.

I had an emergency leak in my upstairs tub/shower but also used the time to replace three 21 year old toilets. They were prompt, courteous, and most importantly, effective in diagnosing the problem and suggesting improvements to avoid future problems. One issue they found was my incoming pressure was well above 100 psi which causes premature wear and increases the risk of leaking. They installed an inline pressure regulator to reduce the high pressure issue. They also fixed my upstairs shower door, lubed and resealed the runner at no extra cost. I highly recommend using Chandler's Plumbing.

Even though the plumber was an hour late, the service and the lowerd price made it all worth while. Evan was very friendly and professional. He got the job done quickly and efficiently. He even came to Lowes to assist me in purchasing a new head for our kitchen faucet. That was beyond what the job required!
