Chandler's Plumbing

Chandler and His Crew were all professional, courteous, quick, informative, and helpful. Both when assessing the project, and when carrying through on the work. Also I can't say how much I really appreciated the way they communicated with me. They responded very quickly to my inquiry. We scheduled an appointment to do an estimate for the next day at Noon, and we scheduled the work for the next morning! They let me know when they were coming, would there be any delays, etc. I felt both well informed, and well taken care of all the way through the experience. Evan, who came out to do the work for us, was on time, very experienced, and a delight to interact with. He replaced all my old, dangerous, and poorly functioning, angle stops, as well as the connections for the washing machine in our laundry closet, ( 11 in all ), did it right the first time, checked them all to be sure they were functioning properly, not to mention shutting down and restoring water to the building, and clearing our faucet aerators that became clogged from sediment in the water pipes, and was finished in 2 & 1/2 hours! I was very impressed. I plan to have Chandler's Plumbing come back to evaluate more projects for us. Thanks Guys!

They did an excellent job. I had originally hired them for a smaller job then expanded it to include another one which required getting into the crawl space. The plumber they sent was very professional and courteous. I think the job ended up taking longer than what he had anticipated but he still charged me the previously negotiated amount. I was very happy with the experience.

I had 2 projects that needed to be completed within a few days of each other (one was replacing the water main for the house). Chandler's did a great job of jumping on the projects and getting things completed quickly. I would say their rates are competitive with the market. Customer service is very good, response time is exceptional.

Chandler, & Evan, the guy who did the work, were great. I would give these people 10 stars if that were possible. They did more than I originally asked, & offered to do even more. FANTASTIC

From the time I inquired about a plumber to the time Chandler finished the job was roughly 5 hours, when I was hoping to get the job done within a day or two! Amazing response time.

I had to call because the plumber was already 2 hours late. When I called, the person who answered the phone said, he was waiting for my call. Isn't that what the business is suppose to do?

Chandler Plumbing was unable to complete the repair. To their credit they recognized a job that was beyond their skills. They charged me a reasonable amount for work they did. I hired another plumber to complete the repair.

Excellent work and very timely.

Contacted me right away. Very easy to schedule with. Plumber showed up on time, reviewed the projects (leak under bathroom sink, run a water line from sink to refrigerator), and gave an estimate. Work was fine. I gave 4.5 since the sawdust was not cleaned up from where he drilled thru the cabinet, but that's pretty minor. He ran the water line under the house without my asking (vs. drilling thru all the cabinets and behind the stove which would have been easier on him) so I appreciated that. Flat rate - no price surprises. Very fast! Would use them again.

When I first made my inquiry on line through HomeAdvisor Chandler Plumbing called with in 15 minutes (after 8 in the evening) . My appointment was for 9 AM and Evan was on time. He was friendly and courteous and informative. His workmanship was excellent and at a reasonable price. He replaced parts for my Delta Faucet within a half hour. I will not hesitate to call for future service and will definitely recommend them to others.

Chandler's Plumbing did a great job for a pretty reasonable price. The assessment and estimate were made the very same day that I called, and the work was finished at MY earliest convenience (the next day), and it was completed within the time frame given in the estimate! The guys were very professional and down to earth, no pun intended. I will use Chandler's plumbing from now on. Thanks Home Advisor.
