Sunday night late I noticed water under my sink. Apparently there has been a slow leak for some time. What a mess. Monday morning at 8:30 I call Chandler's. Monday morning at 9:25 Ray (from Chandler's) shows up. That's LESS than an hour! Seriously?!? Problem is with a riser to the faucet. Since he has to go pick up the part I ask if I can follow him and maybe he could help me pick out a new faucet since the one I have isn't working well. Not a problem. Helps me find the right kind of faucet. Pulls the old one, puts in the new one and is done by 10:30!!! Very friendly. Remembered my name. Fast. No leaks. I could not be happier. Bringing them back after the first of the year to do some outdoor pipe work for me.

In addition to running new lines for the kitchen sink, also removed the nasty galvanized / copper fittings and replaced them with brass. And the job was done promptly. No leaks.

I had a good experience with Chandlers Plumbing. The plumbing issues were explained to me and action taken in a timely manner. Two faucets and a shut off line replaced.

Home owners, What was impressive about Chandlers was that I submitted a quote from 3 companies and Chandler called within 10 minutes with a quote. I was not really planning to do the work on a Sunday, but the rate was great for a weekend and I scheduleed the work. The tech, Evan, showed up at the appt time and completed the work as desired. He was clean and organized and performed the work I wanted. I will definitely call them back for my next project.

Chandlers Plumbing was very prompt & provided excellent service replacing our water heater. They installed a Tank less water heater in the same day we called them. Great service & very professional.

Chandler was very responsive in replacing my water heater the day after I informed him of the leak to my existing unit. Based on his experience, he was able to explain the various options (and costs) available, including offer his professional recommendation. Chandler was respectful by not only working around my availability, but also completed the project in under two hours! An all around great and personal service.

Chandler's Plumbing is the best company in the area for all plumbing needs. They were prompt, very reasonable prices, and performed quality workmanship. Had them fix a pipe that burst, replace a toilet, fix leaking pipes and drain work. Chandler, the owner, personally came out to give me a free quote and sent an excellent plumber, Evan. Called several other companies, and by far, Chandler was the best.. Highly recommended this company to any one and now a days there are very few companies I would recommend let alone write a review for.

Prompt service from time of contact to completion of work. Fair pricing.

It took over 3 hours to put 2 washers - in the faucets in my tub - the tub doesn't leak the quality of work was fine however over $200 to replace a few washers was extremely high. If you do use them get the pricing up front.

Overall they were great. Repair Man was on time, he installed the faucet fast and very well. I have had no problems with it over the past week. He gave me a 2 year warranty on the labor. My only comment is that I had to do the payment over the phone, which required me to take time to call Chandler to give him my credit card over the phone. I would have preferred if I could have just paid after the job was done.

Quick service and good job

They were great. I take care of a elderly person who cannot get out of bed every day the owner understood the urgency and came in and re-piped my home in much less time than expected. The owner and the re-pipe crew was very professional, respectful, and friendly. It was a pleasure to have them in my home.

The water main had a leak which the technician repaired. They are expensive. The cost was $865 for a water main leak. I thought it was high. Later I got a quote from another technician who said $500 tops would have been sufficient for the job. Chandler technician did not have the part, took forever to shop around for it at Home Depot then somewhere else. The good news is he responded to my call the fastest even though they took forever to get it done. The technician who gave the other quote was late to respond but said he had all the parts in his truck. The Chandler guy also left the old pipe on my lawn which I didn't like but on reflection since I wasn't there when he finished it was probably to let me know something was replaced. Bottom line I guess we can say the job was successfully done.
