We discovered that our Water Heater stopped working at about 10:00pm on a Sunday night. So Monday morning I found Chandlers and called to see when they could come take a look. The owner asked me a few questions and was able to determine that my old, popcorn popping sounding Water Heater needed replacing. I thought maybe best case they could come out the next day, but no he asked me what time I'd like them to come out on that day. I said how about 4:00? Was that too late? He told me not a problem. We discussed the various options for a new water heater and settled on one. They showed up about 10 minutes early and had the job done in a little over an Hour and a half. When they left, everything was clean and tidy and I had hot water again. Thanks a bunch, and keep up the good work.

Our water heater broke at 4:00 the day before Thanksgiving. He arrived within two hours and installed the whole thing in two hours. It works beautifully and saved our holiday.

They were at my house and had the old water heater replaced with a much better model in a matter of hours, when other plumbers I talked to had quoted me days to fix the problem due to the holiday weekend.
