Chandler was knowledgeable and finished the work quickly. Because of the rain/traffic he came in a bit late, but, offered me a discount. It was nice working with him and I'd consider him for my future projects.

My house was built in 1960 and the water pressure was low. Had a pipe leak under the bath room sink. The plumber found a hole in the pipe the was clogged and corroded. Decided to have the house re-piped. They are easy to negotiate with,and the pricing was fair and slightly below other estimates. Chandlers sent 6 plumbers to my house at 8 AM and by 5 PM they were finished. The were professional and courteous. They covered all paths with a drop cloth in all areas where the walked and left the house the way they found it. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I have an old house with original 1939 tile in kitchen and bath. Kitchen faucet started leaking a lot and could not be repaired. Called Chandler's and they were here same day. Got new wall mount faucet and Rey installed the next day. He had to go thru the outside wall to change fittings and was very careful not to harm the original tile. Quick, efficient and professional. Will definitely hire again!

He showed up late for the appointment. couldn't replace heater that day because of same reason. Next day he showed up on time and did much better

He did a great job. Came out on a Sun. really nice young man, knew what he was doing and very reasonably priced. I would use him again, absolutely. And have referred him to friends.

Replaced seal but a couple days later the toilet still leaked. Called Chandler's for follow-up. Very rude, no plumber ever returned my call.

Quick response time was great. They were able to get a new water heater fast and at a fair price. Back up and running by mid day.

The work was done by a sub, Crown Plumbing. The price was steep, but the crew had the equipment and the expertise to do this very unique job (storm drain cleaning is usually done by the city). They did an excellent job and cleaned up well after themselves. I would hire them again any time. The only reason I downgraded customer service was because communicating with Chandler's Plumbing was somewhat chaotic and disorganized. They responded right away for the bid, but it took many phone calls to explain the job and get the crew to show up and give me a firm quote.

Responded quickly to an emergency service request, showed up on time. Friendly, and performed services as indicated, solving the problem.

They were running late and called to let me know. Then they called when they were on their way. I know you cannot always be there at the exact time but most companies don't advise you of this. You just sit and wait.

He showed up right on time, figured out how the utility sink needed to be installed, went out and got the parts and supplies he needed, and did the job quickly and professionally. I'd happily hire him again.

I've had Chandler replace a water heater that suddenly started leaking in my house. Chandler's quote was a better deal compared to others and his friendly nature and honesty made me go with him. This particular water heater was difficult to find as it needed a power vent, yet he had it with him, brand new and complete with receipt. He came on time and had it installed professionally. He was extremely flexible with changes as needed. The work was done on time and entirely to my satisfaction. He took on responsibility to have a City inspection and followed through to successful certification. I am happy to have found Chandler and highly recommend him.

Chandler is very prompt and friendly. He kept me updated on the progress of the job and of possible future issues without pushing for more work. I have an old house with old pipes that will need replacing soon, but I got no pressure along with the information.
