Professional work and attitude

The plumber was punctual, and got the toilet that I chose from home depot and finished the installation on time. The toilet was not caulked to the floor and made rattling sounds when used. Upon requesting, he returned and caulked the toilet to the floor. We would hire him for future work.

Aaron arrived on time and got to work immediately. He completed the task in less than an hour and cleaned up after himself when done. This was a very positive experience.

After the first project, I got quotes for future projects. He was willing to decrease cost some with multiple projects booked.

My water heater leaked and before he came, he called to be sure he would bring a new water heater with him to complete the job.

Response to my request was quick and price was a lot less expensive than other plumbers I checked with. Ray was fantastic! He removed an old kitchen faucet and replaced with a new one and he was in and out in about 40 minutes!!! I would definitely use Chandler's Plumbing again.

Ishmael arrived on time to give the estimate. His estimate was the best of the ones that I received. He provided references (which were all positive). He went to the City and got the appropriate permits and replaced the water line in one day. My water line ran under the driveway, so he cut a narrow trench across at a joint. After the City signed off, he closed the trench in the lawn and poured concrete to patch the driveway. After he made his repair, there was still a leak from under the driveway. He came out a couple of time to diagnose. Turns out the City had a leak in their service main as well. Very conscientious and cleaned up after his work. I had him take care of a couple of inside plumbing issues at the same time. I would highly recommend him. Very professional.

The work was OK no complaints there, it was the clean up my wife had to do after he left.

It was straightforward to set up an appointment and the person came out was able to identify the leak due to an old garbage disposal. He purchased a new unit and the problem is resolved. Cost seems to be a bit on the high side, but maybe I haven't a plumber in a while.

It is important to me to find a service provider that could be trusted to do a good job. We find are selfs at their mercy because we do not have the knowledge of their craft. It is also important that they are polite and courteous to my family and myself. I needed to find a plumber and used the Home Advisor app. They gave me many options but I choose the plumber with the most reviews and most stars. Chandler's Plumbing. They arrived and completed my project on the day and time scheduled. Very polite. I needed my sewer cleaned out. I have an older house which did not have the necessary sewer access needed. They were able to determine the location of my sewer pipe. They needed to dig in my garden and they pulled up my daisy bush and my honey suckle bush. This was needed but I was disappointed. They corrected my sewer pipe problems and to my surprise replanted my bushes. They cost for their service was exactly the same as before they started the job. Not only did they fix my problem with my old sewer system, they also gave my home an improved pipe connection. They also saved my garden. I highly recommend Chandler's plumbing and thankful to have the Home Advisor website.

Excellent service. I was updated daily on the progress. The work was done on a timely basis with permits and proper materials. I called Chandler's Plumbing to help find a slow leak in my main water line to my house. Ray came out the next day and did exhaustive work searching for the leak. We finally determined that the main cutoff at the house was not closing properly. We can address this later. Soon, we will have to replace our main water line from PVC to copper. We had be concerned about finding a potential contractor to do this, but with the professionalism, experience, and courtesy shown by Chandler's Plumbing, we have now found our potential contractor. I called around 10 plumbers to get someone to look at my water heater and Chandler's Plumbing was the only one willing to even come look at it. Even though it was a lost cause (it was a piece of junk), the plumber (Evan) was willing to find a good replacement and install it right away. He was professional, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. In a few hours I finally had hot water again! I would definitely recommend Chandlers Plumbing and will call them again should I need any future plumbing help.
