Chandler's Plumbing

First rate. Called Chandlers Plumbing at noon and they had someone here to find and fix a burst water pipe by 3:30PM. It was not an easy fix, but Evan worked at it until he got the problem isolated and successfully repaired. Highly recommend.

We contacted them for a last-minute emergency involving a sizable leak. They responded promptly and were able to get someone to our house very quickly. Evan did an amazing job of diagnosing the issue, but also went beyond that to help give us guidance on other issues we might face with the plumbing in our older home. Definitely ask for Evan!

For this rather urgent job I needed, I received a fast response. A call in the morning from Chandler resulted in a service technician, Evan, arriving in an hour, and he got to work. Evan was friendly and helpful, and had all the tools needed to remove the rusty faucet and install new one which was not quite compatible with the kitchen water line, but he got it resolved with an adopter. Very courteous and professions.

This was perhaps the all-time WORST experience hiring a Company to perform minor repairs. 1st, the tech was 25 minutes late. After the usual pleasantries, he asked me why am I here? He had NO idea what was expected from him. It could have been replacing a toilet or installing a shower. He had NO CLUE!! Once I explained I had made arrangements with Sonia in their office not even 24 hrs before to replace both a disposal and faucet at the same sink, he asked if I had the hardware. I told him Sonia said THEY would supply the parts and I would be given the receipt as well as being charged for the service. He did NOT have either part so after being in my kitchen for maybe 3 minutes, he said he was leaving to buy and then return. 45 minutes later he still had NOT returned so I called Chandler's office. Whoever was on the opposite end of the line could not understand why I was upset. I explained he was late, he did not have the parts, he then left and had not returned and all the guy said was "give us a break"!! I told him that I would give him a break by allowing his tech another 10 minutes to arrive. He NEVER returned. This is one shoddy Company. I can't believe they are at the top of the HomeAdvisor list unless they contribute plenty of money to keep their name on top. CAVEAT EMPTOR!

I find the repair assessment honest and the price reasonable

Just make sure about the time frame; the email said 9:00. But when I called the business to double check, he said there was a 2 hour window. No worries but wish I would have known that prior. I did appreciate the phone call from Ray the technician. I also was happy there was a company open on a holiday weekend too! Price was fair as well!

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and I will use them again for my next plumbing problem.

I noticed some water leakage on my kitchen floor and was able to trace the problem to the garbage disposal beneath my kitchen sink. I did some research and decided to call Chandler's Plumbing for an estimate. Less than two hours after my initial contact, a service technician was dispatched to my residence. It was determined that my disposal unit had corroded and that a replacement unit would be needed. The price for materials and labor was very reasonable. The technician, Evan, volunteered to shop for a replacement at a nearby hardware store. I feel fortunate to have such a competent technician assigned to my project. He was courteous, professional and reliable. I would definitely recommend this company to others and will consider them for my future plumbing needs.

final bill was twice the original estimate. Owner doubled the cost after the work began and my bathrooms were both out of commission, leaving me no option. No receipt was provided upon payment and it took 3 days to get a receipt out of this business. I would not recommend or reuse this company

Their plumber listened to what I needed done. He did not try to pressure sell more than I needed. I had a galvanized pipe that needed replacement. He bid it in my expected range and then did the job solving all of the problems getting the new pipe in place. No question about the fact I would hire them again.

Very courteous and friendly. Hard workers and timely. Pricing was much lower than other bids we had.
