Reached out to a few plumbing companies needing emergency work on a shower valve that needed to be replaced. Chandlers plumbing responded within minutes and had somebody at my door within 20min. Price point was reasonable so I gave them a shot. They did not disappoint. They got me back in business quick and they did a really clean job. Called Chandlerâ s Plumbing came out in two hours after calling them. Removed the old water heater and replaced it with a brand new water heater. Was great to get it done so fast and have hot water again in my house. Would recommend this company to anyone looking to have plumbing work done.

Overall good experience. Quotes were very competitive and fair, had to follow up on a few details and scheduling was reset once but these things happen during a larger project such as a copper re-pipe, so not a "deal breaker". High quality of work on the main pipe fitting job (under the home in crawl space).

The immediate response as excellent!! After that it went down hill!!! Had to keep on calling to finish the job! The crew arrived at one point with no shovels! Had to borrow them! They had to dig up some concrete on our patio to put the new sewer line in. They did a terrible job putting in the new concrete.

Had leak overnight under BR sink and Chandler was 1st responder. Came out very quickly to repair/repair. Upon checking on leak evidence under house, found evidence of sewage &; water leakage/pipe corrosion &; we scheduled that repair for next day (different men). Job completed. Told owner that I want invoice detailing findings and work done, but all I received was e-receipts of totals I payed, ($220/$2500/$6000). He said he would send me either via email or hard copy by mail. I need for my house files. I am still waiting...but haven't contacted Ishmael Chandler since the 5/22-23/2023 job. Comment on personnel: Victor - great worker (fixed leakage). Mario and ? - Mario physically very dirty at 9a.m.) but very nice. Other man-fine. Both men very hard workers! Mario left quite a mess behind in my bathroom for me to clean up (toilet area from seal replacement).

Chandlers Plumbing team was on time and gave me same day service. I was pleased with the responsiveness. They arrived slightly early and were done in less than 2 hours. If I had drained the heater myself it would have been 20 minutes sooner. I have a much stronger earthquake harness! My GE gas water heater was 24 years old. I'm hoping this Rheem Performance water heater approaches that number of years. My only nit was some clean up of rusty water and metal bits on garage stairs and garage floor was missed. For me service excellence means you leave things tidy. Details matter. So a 4.5 on quality. Otherwise the heater gave us plenty of hot water that evening and on Day Two seems to be performing well. I have already recommended Chandlers Plumbing to my son and my neighbor. They actually were not the least expensive of my 4 quotes. But in the middle. I chose them because I wanted a Rheem Performance model and they were the most responsive and available. I recommend you ask for Ishmael. He knows his trade, is friendly and competent.

Chandlers saved me! I had a broken water heater and they replaced it quickly so my tenants didnâ t have to be without hot water. I also got a great deal of a price. They kept news up to date on the work and sent me pictures of the progress.
