The one workman assigned to install the water heater left the cardboard packaging and other debris for me to discard. He said they didn't have sufficient means for discarding it themselves.

Fixed a shower faucet.

Real good service on Labor Day Weekend. They made sure we knew the price was variable-if couldn't be fixed we were looking at new water heater. Was really amazed at how quickly Ray removed the old part, and installed the new. Would have taken us hours, he did it in 20 minutes.

Replaced leaking sewer main and took care of everything from opening concrete , permits to poring new concrete.

They called back to fix an appointment convenient to us and arrived on time. The service rep knew how to fix the bath tub faucet issue and got it fixed in about an hour and a half

Ray was on time every time, completed the work quickly and with minimal disruption. They responded and took care of the problem within 24 hours of my service request. Excellent job.

Update: 9/5/18 My concern when I wrote the original review was that the heater in the basement had not been strapped. However I did not realize Chandler's Plumbing had actually gone back and strapped the heater. They did a good job they just did not let me know. I needed a hot water tank and a tank in the basement to be strapped. Was told a price range and when the fellow arrived the price was more - but it was not out of range so I went with it and that all worked out well. The tech said he could not strap the tank in the basement so now I need to find someone who can strap the tank. Also this was done on Monday - today is Thursday; I have asked for a receipt two times and so far do not have that. This came thru Home Advisers; very disappointed.

They were efficient and timely. They put a ding in my wall and patched it but didn’t tell me. I get the narrow space was tough to get the water heater out. I just wished they would have showed me the hole rather then me having to discover it on my own. Overall both Ray’s were great and worked hard to get the job done quickly

Did everything they said they would do.

They took the time off the clock to install the diverter gate to bathtub faucet which they installed. However, almost new faucet had abrasions all over it. Mr. Chandler waived the entire bill.
