They were quick to contact me and provide a fair quote. Chandler's Plumbing came out the same day and repaired our shower drain to perfect working order. My mom was home when they came by and she wasn't feeling well. The gentleman that came out was kind and understanding with her. He provided GREAT customer service. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them.

In addition to installing the requested water heater, the tech also fixed a leak elsewhere in my home that cropped up between the time I scheduled the installation and the installation.

Very slow and had to redo multiple times. After over 2 weeks of work left me without hot water over a weekend. Found expensive extra work that had to be done well over doubling cost of job.

They replied immediately were very helpful and did great work.

The tech came in and assessed the problem in less than 20 min. He tried his best to fix it and finally we agreed that a brand new hot water heater was needed. That was about 12pm By 4 pm I had a new water heater and later a well appreciated hot shower. Will definitely call Chandler's again.

Average job. Installed 2 toilets. One had loose tank, cleanup not great. Very inferior to 3 toilet installation in Aptos I had done the week previous by Galvan Plumbing of Watsonville.

I have used Chandler's Plumbing several times for small things (toilet valve type of stuff) and also big projects (replacing water heaters). They have always been professional, thorough, and competitively priced (though not very punctual). The price always ends up as quoted or very close. Most recently we had an issue with a leaking water heater that resulted in some mold growth/drywall damage. Ishmael was able to quote a complete solution (mold remediation, drywall repair, replace water heater and leaking valves), meaning I didn't have to reach out to multiple companies and try to coordinate all their schedules together. After I pointed out that his workers tracked dirt all over the carpet, Ishmael immediately offered to pay to have the carpets cleaned (i.e. he took responsibility rather than making excuses). I would absolutely recommend them for any plumbing project, big or small.
