Great customer service! Joshua arrived on time quickly fixed the problem. Definitely will use again! FYI Expensive parts though. I was quoted $195.00 plus parts. Total was $265.00. That's $70.00 for the flapper valve. To be fair Joshua did offer to give me a discount when I asked if that's what they pay for a flapper valve. I had already written the check.

Gerardo was great: on time, courteous, explained and cleaned up things well. I was able to get a same-day appt. which worked out really well for me. After cleaning my clogged drain he was able to fix an old shower hot water faucet that was worn out. The only thing that would have been nice is to have a written receipt before Gerardo left the jobsite. He said his office will send me one.
