 + -1 moreAs usual Chad did an outstanding job. Everything was neat and tidy when he left. My wife talked to him about trimming a lime tree which he did to her satisfaction. It is easy to communicate with Chad. He is very knowledgeable about garden matters. In the past he has made a number of repairs to our sprinkler systems and laid a new rear lawn. He has also planted a plum tree which is flourishing. He regularly prunes shrubs for us.We both have some mobility issues so Chad often moves heavy objects around the garden for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.
Description of Work: Cut two lawns & trimmed all edges. Rounded up all the loose leaves and removed them Trimmed a lime tree

Description of Work: Not a good fit for us. Our lawns became worse and it was new sod put in in June of 2012.

 + 2 moreChad does outstanding work at high speed. His work takes the heavy load from our shoulders. He is polite, cheerful and friendly. We have been very satisfied with everything we Chad to do.
Description of Work: Chad comes and cuts the lawns and cleans up the edges twice a month . In addition he clears up the patio and various paths with his leaf blower. Other jobs he has done for us include replacing 2 sprinkler control valves, trimming trees and shrubs and digging up plants as requested.

 + 3 moreHe is excellent and is someone who does above and beyond. So if I ask him to do some extra projects, he will do that at no extra charge. We have a good relationship. He used to do our lawn at our old house.
Description of Work: I use Chad V's Lawn and Garden every two weeks and the he was here yesterday. He does trimming, grass cutting and leaves.
