They were good. The price was good and the service was excellent. We needed to get in a very quick basis because we were in the process of listing and selling the house and we got an interested customer at that time and he was able to come in and get it done. He was very efficient and filled out an excellent report. It was a very thorough report.

That guy is awesome, he is comprehensive, I have my reports from him a day or 2, extremely ethical, he doesn't miss anything, he went above and beyond because I actually had good buyers had their own inspection done and that person noticed something that Eric had not noted and he went back at no cost and met with the buyers and reviewed the thing the issue that was a concern and did not addressed that in my favor, that it was something I had changed since his first inspection but I totally trusted him that what he was saying was the real deal so he's just so ethical and made time to do that on a dime, I'm trying to sell the house and he have like a day to respond and he absolutely did. He's a great, great guy doing business for a long time. He's very ethical, there's nothing but ethical toward me and I think that guy is anything less than an 'A'. He was recommended by my realtor and I used him.

He did a good job on pest inspection. The company he recommended to perform the fumigation was easy to work with. They came in as promised. When I requested to leave the fumigation tent on longer in order to have better result, they were willing to accommodate it.
