Perfect. When I called to schedule someone to come out to repair our broken garage door opener, they could of had someone available the next day but we preferred a Saturday appointment. That was not a problem. The technician was on time and was able to complete the repair the same day. We were happy.

I watched the entire 2.5 hour operation and was very impressed by the knowledge, skill, and craftsmanship of the two installers. They removed my old Tilt Up Garage Door (circa 1970) and installed a New Segment style of door. These two guys have it down to a science, moving quickly and expertly. It looked like the Garage Door was designed with ease of installation in mind., with precisely located relief holes where the hinges, etc., would be installed and quickly bolted into place with self-tapping screws. It was a pleasure to watch the two men working together as a team and doing the job so expertly. It was obvious that they have done the same thing hundreds of times before. I'm very pleased with the quality of my New Garage Door also. It is less noisy than my old one, and it seems that the LiftMaster Automatic Garage Door Opener doesn't have to work as hard with my New Garage Door as it did with my old one. My only regret is that I didn't know about the "Special Internet Price" before I called, because I paid $80 more than the price shown on their website.

These guys were unbelievable. Fantastic! From the initial estimator, to the office crew, to the installation crew. Everyone was very nice, very courteous and professional and reliable. I own a duplex in Mnt Vw. The garage doors were original, 50 years old, and falling apart. I got three bids to replace two, 8? garage doors, and to install one new opener (one already had an opener). All three contractors I selected from Angie?s list. The first bid came in at around $3800. The second bid was ~$2200. Campbell came in at $1645. Amazing difference and, there was no shortage of quality. I got good, steel doors with windows, belt drive opener, everything installed and old HW hauled away. The estimator was on time and professional, the girls that answer the phone, in the office were fantastic and the crew, that came out to do the actual installation were very patient, polite and accommodating with my questions and particular ?requirements?. I would HIGHLY recommend Campbell to anyone. I even changed my mind on the opener, from the belt style to a "jackshaft", to save overhead space. That was no problem. They did not install the original opener and made another appt. to come out and install the jackshaft opener. They only charged me the diffrence in the cost of the two openers. Awesome service ;-)

I was very pleased with everything. My garage door had been more and more noisy, and finally died on me on a Friday evening. I called Campbell Overhead on Saturday, and explained the problem. I told them I didn't know if I needed a new door or motor or coils. They told me they could fix it on Monday, and gave me a window of 2:00 pm-4:00 pm. I mentioned that I would have to leave at about 5:00, and asked if that would be a problem, and he told me no, they would be done by then. On Monday the workman called at around 12:30, and asked if it would be OK if he came earlier than 2:00, and I said yes, that would be wonderful. So he came at about 1:00, assessed the problem, then went to work. He was all finished at 2:30. He showed me the new wall and remote controls, said he had set all the remote buttons in sync with my door. He showed me how it worked, and I was very pleased -- It was hard to believe it was the same garage door, and only the motor had been replaced. It was very smooth and quiet. I should add that this was in the middle of our extended heatwave, and it was at least 95 degrees out there...I was a little concerned about him, but he didn't complain. Since it was only the motor that needed replacing, the cost was much lower than I had feared. All in all I was very pleased with their service, professionalism, and timeliness.

When I called at 8:00 a.m. I spoke with Linda who was professional, kind and personable. I asked Linda for an approximate price and she said I will give you the exact price for springs for the door. I knew I was dealing with a business that is ethical and professional. We set an appointment for 9-11 am. the same morning. Harry arrived right on time, he was skilled. knowledgable, and very nice. This is a great family run business and I will definitely use them again for repairs or to purchase a new door. I highly recommend Campbell Overhead Door, Inc.

Harry was very professional and after replacing both springs he greased all of the rollers and even adjusted the alignment on one of the rails. Harry took pride in his work and gave a 1-year guarantee. Be aware that there is another company in San Jose using the name Campbell Overhead Door --- this is NOT the company I used that is located on De La Cruz Blvd and has been in business since 1942.

The guy who came in was on time and did a good job getting our garger door fixed quickly with good quality.

My two year old garage door was making loud squeaking and rattling noises. I got a referral from my HOA to call Campbell Overhead Door to inspect and service my garage door. Harry from Campbell Overhead Door did the inspection and servicing of my garage door. He explained where each noise was coming from and what was causing the each noise. When he finished servicing the garage door, the squeaking and rattling noises all disappeared. The garage door is not silent (I have a wood garage door), but is quiet enough that my wife can no longer hear the garage door opening when she is in the family room.

Campbell Overhead Door answered its phone Monday morning, gave me an estimate and a window of 3-5 p.m. Tuesday afternoon, and showed up at the beginning of the window. The repair guy was the third generation to work for the business and clearly took pride in his work. He went above and beyond, offering me a free rail and garage door opener because he had ones from a recent job where someone wanted a newer opener, greasing everything up, aligning my sensors, and cleaning up after himself. My garage door sounds beautiful and is working really well. I would highly recommend them.

My garage door was not closing fully and was getting stuck on the rails half way down. Got three quotes and selected Campbell overhead door based on their expertise. Of the other two, one suggested getting a new door and was not willing to replace panel; while other was willing to replace the bottom panel but not have sufficient experience on repairing garage doors made of wood. Campbell overhead door replaced bottom panel for a garage door, matched the color on the panel, straightened the rod, adjusted the spring and some miscellaneous repairs to the rail. Had no problem with the garage door since it was repaired two months ago. Needless to say, I am happy with the results. Only problem I had was that I negotiated on the price down citing another quote that was little bit lower and the guy who came to work was constantly complaining while working on my door. Pay them what they are looking for (which is comparable with other quotes) and you will not have any problem.

I would definitely use Campbell Overhead Door again. It went smoothly. The door looks and works great.

Campbell Door Inc did a great job from start to finish. Harry's daughter was very personable on the phone and Harry himself, was great. The installation happened two days later. I love the new door and it was effortless. Home repairs are rarely effortless and I highly recommend them.

This was the company that I originally bought the doors from 15 years ago. So, I called them as they were on the recommended list. Wow. Prompt. Efficient. Cleaned up completely. Additionally, lubed the door parts. Did a very nice job of explaining the service and what to expect in the future. My brother-in-law had a similar problem and contractor charged almost 2X what I paid.

We had them install a new insulated garage door and opener at our last house. We were so happy with our first door that we called them when we purchased our new house. Very happy with our new door and our opener is so quiet and smooth.

I liked the comments written on them on Angie’s list. I am going to get the work done by them. I was satisfied with them when they came out. I called them in the morning and they were here in the afternoon and it was pretty good. Their responsiveness was great. I would recommend them to other members also. I would use their service in the future too.

Stopped by showroom. Were shown around all the options. We picked a mid range door, and the installation went off smoothly on the planned day. Crew cleaned up after.

The installer came right on time. He installed it in roughly an hour, and did a very nice job. He cleaned up everything and explained how to keep it maintained. Big thing: he took away the old door.

I'd previously used them for repairs to the old doors and to install a garage door opener. So I got a quote from them and one other company. Their price was competitive and work completed as promised. Garage doors aren't all that exciting so there's not a whole lot to say! They look good : ) and keep the garage cooler!

I had a good experience with the sales staff. I liked being able to play with working doors in their Santa Clara showroom. The measurement guy and the installers showed up on time. They were professional in all aspects. I even liked the Hawaiian music the installers played as they worked! The door itself is well built and well installed. I've had no problems with my new overhead door.

After I called Linda at the office, she offered me service almost immediately and Rubin came out late in the day and was very professional and efficient. He completed the job in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the expediency and service.

They were definitely the best and their prices were competitive. They did what they had to, put in the right door and it worked perfectly. They were excellent, professional and punctual. They were informative and kind and cleaned up after the work was done.
