Trouble shot the problem and procured the parts necessary to repair the a/c.

They work in a limited time span and to finish the job they can work into the late evening.

The gentleman who came to give a quote was also in charge of the crew that came to install new ductwork. Erasmo was friendly and professional and i decided on this company to do the work. I had a crew of from 4 to 8 workers over a 3 day period installing ductwork and putting insulation under the floors in crawlspace. They laid down tarps and kept the house tidy. they kept me informed as the work progressed and worked 11 hours the last day to complete the project in the promised 3 days. this crew was hard working and respectful of the house and us. Erasmo came the next day and was at the house for about 2 hours inspecting the work including spending a good portion of that time under the house in the crawlspace. I'm very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend this company and have nothing but praise to give for the final result.

Erasmo is great. He is very responsive. He came out right away, walked through the rooms that the furnace supplied heat to and recommended the size and replacement heater that was needed. We had three bids for this replacement heater and Erasmo was several hundred dollars less for the same project. The workmanship was quality and done in a timely matter. Owner of the company, Erasmo, arrived on time, assessed the project and quoted a very reasonable price. He stuck to his promise of installing the brand that I wanted of furnace and air conditioner, and completed the job in one day. His crew were all professional, neat, courteous, and efficient. After installation, Erasmo came the next day and spent 3-4 hours checking everything to make sure it functioned as it should. I would hire his company over any other any day!! His company is what excellence is all about.

They were very professional and methodical in determining the problem. They were very efficient in ordering the needed parts and installing the parts even though it was in the midst of the New Years holiday weekend.

They did a good job on checking my furnace and changing my air filters. The only issue was that they arrived three hours later than they had stated on the phone.

CaliforniAir Installed a complete heating and air-conditioning system in my townhouse. Erasmo the owner responded to my calls and inquiries promptly and provided a complete inspection and quote for the work to be done. He arrived on time and completed the work on schedule. He had to cut out part of the deck to install the unit that was a different size from the original 30-year-old unit. He cleaned up the work areas and left everything in order. I am very pleased with the work and I highly recommend CaliforniAir.

Great service. The technician arrived on time for the diagnosis, then came back and replaced the faulty motor in the furnace within a couple of hours, Cost was a bit higher than I expected but it was worth fixing the unit right away. Would call him again for any future furnace issues.

Erasmo was excellent. He was the only one of the pros who came to inspect my ducts before recommending options and providing quotes for the options. I had rat damage on some of the ducts and he replaced those and cleaned all of them afterward. He was anxious to please and got the work done faster than estimated. I highly recommend him.
