+ -1 moreI got three bids to insulate my attic, all were approx the same, I chose Frank because he said he was the owner/operator and he would do the work himself with a helper. We agreed on a date for the work. I notified all the tenants to expect noise. I went to the project early, set up the ladder - and waited. And waited. I called asking where he was, did I have the wrong date, but his phone number is a landline with voicemail. I couldn't actually talk to him. I left messages, I e-mailed him. To this day I haven't heard from him. He has never called back, never explained what happened. For him, me and my project have fallen off the face of the Earth.
Description of Work: Set a time to do the work, then never showed up.
