Everything went quickly. The entire installation took only about a week. Our neighbors have said the design is the best in the area and should be featured in gardening books. The workers were fast efficient and cleaned up after themselves every night. The original design layout plans and plant list were what we had discussed. He worked with us on the design so we got what we wanted, the installation was professional and very fast. The Water District approved our plans and will be sending us a rebate check for water conservation by removing our lawn.

Norm planted extra plants that I did not request, then tried to charge me for the added cost. He was very persistent about this. Within four months of having the work completed, I had three separate sprinkler issues. The last time he was extremely slow to respond, I'm guessing because he felt he was still owed for those extra plants. I finally had the issue dealt with by someone else. I was very disappointed and am sorry to say that I would not recommend him for landscaping work.

BE ADVISED THAT HE IS JUST THE MIDDLEMAN. ALL THE WORKERS WERE SUB-CONTRACTED OUT. HE USES THE SAME GROUP OF SUB-CONTRACTORS ALL THE TIME. SO HE KNOWS THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. THIS IS SOMETHING I COULD HAVE DONE. I THOUGHT HE DID IT ALL EXCEPT THE CONCRETE DRIVEWAY PORTION. SO NEEDLESS TO SAY HE GETS HIS CUT OFF THE TOP. SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY, HIRE YOUR OWN SUBCONTRACTORS. THE WORK WAS ALL VERY WELL DONE BY THESE PEOPLE. I AM PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK. ALSO, HE WANTS TO BE PAID BEFORE EVERY PIECE OF WORK IS DONE, SO HE CAN PAY THESE SUBCONTRACTORS. DON'T PAY UNLESS YOU SEE WORK BEING DONE. IT'S NOT LIKE YOU PAY AFTER THE ENTIRE JOB IS DONE. THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN EASIER AND BETTER. HIS PRICE WAS AVERAGE FOR MY JOB, I CHECKED WITH THREE OTHERS, THEY WERE ALL IN THE SAME BALLPARK. SO, I DIDN'T SAVE ANY MONEY GOING WITH HIM.
