Installer did a great job. No problems. We love our new garage door. The windows make the house look better and lets in lots of light to the garage.

The workers were suppose to show up between 8am-9am to do the installation. At 9:30am I called the office and I was told they were on their way. They showed up at 10:00am to start the work. Work went well except they seemed to be in a hurry. When they were done they has gotten grease on the exterior of the door so asked me for cleaner to get it off. They also failed to bring with them the 2nd remote and the outside keypad. They asked if they could come back another day with it and I told them I would not pay them until the work was complete About 3 weeks after the door was installed I started having trouble with it and noticed that a vast majority of the screws were loose. They came out and repaired it and tightened all the screws. Just this last week the garage door was not working properly once again. The company came out to realign the sensors on the front of the door. The original workers that came to install the door were not very professional in appearance or attitude.

The estimator and installers were very punctual and courteous. The installation took about three and a half hours. They were very good at cleaning up after themselves. After they left, I found a loose bolt on the track and the wire to the close switch had broken inside the switch. I fixed them myself. I'm sure they would have come back if I'd asked.

Kent is a fine musician and very knowledgeable about music theory. He is a great motivator and always makes lessons enjoyable.

I had a good experience & they were very prompt. I feel that they were honest & didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. They were efficient while they were here & had the thing installed in no time. The door has worked great ever since.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH HIS INSTRUCTION. STEVEN LOVES HIS LESSONS AND LOOKS FORWARD TO THEM EVERY WEEK. HIS INSTRUCTOR, JOSH, IS VERY CARING AND HELPFUL TOWARDS STEVEN ABOUT HIS MUSIC. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL WITH ANY QUESTIONS HE HAS ABOUT BUYING EQUIPMENT.

SMALL COMPANY, VERY FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE. THE STORE HAS EXAMPLES OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF DOORS AND DIFFERENT STYLES OF WINDOW DECORATIONS. INSTALLATION WAS QUICK AND THEY EVEN INSTALLED OUR CURRENT GARAGE DOOR OPENER NO CHARGE. THEY SAID THAT IT WORKED GREAT AND DID NOT TRY TO SELL US A NEW ONE. I DID SOME PRICE COMPARISON, BUT I FELT COMFORTABLE WITH THIS COMPANY AND CHOSE IT FOR THAT REASON.
