We needed the replacement blinds quickly, as we were trying to place a new tenant as quickly as possible. Within 1 week (during a holiday weekend) we had the blinds installed. Lindy's customer service is spectacular. She was willing to match a price, and by doing so will get our business for a life time. It isn't easy to find someone willing to work with you on a tight time frame to order and install custom blinds. But Lindy went out of her way, calling on a weekend to set up an install date, and having a smile the whole way. I have already recommended her to my friends.
